In a country where sporting success is synonymous only with Cricket, a movie on Hockey was quite a daring attempt... but what a way to pull it off.In my mind, this movie surpasses Lagaan, sheerly because of the reality in the script... you actually end up believing that this can happen. The movie has humor, drama, action... and a LOT of patriotism. SRK is at his best as Kabir Khan, the coach...and his gang of girls match up to him... god knows why we dont get more such movies from our beloved Bollywood.
I am sure this movie would be the saving grace for YRF, after the string of sub-standard trash that they have been doling out in the last one year.
